Maura Walsh, Business Membership Manager

Maura joined the Dublin Chamber under the Membership Development team in January 2013.  Her role in Membership Development is to work with the Business Community to educate them on the various services the Dublin Chamber has to offer through membership.  She has an active role in recruiting new members into Chamber life which helps them to develop and grow their business.

She graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology with an associate’s degree in Business studies in 1997 and then went on to work in Boston College in Boston Massachusetts as course co-ordinator of executive education opportunities in a broad range of areas. Maura has also worked in the IT Industry, Advertising as well as Education.

Maura has lived and worked in the USA and Australia for a total of 9 years.  As well as travelling the world she enjoys running and going to the gym and this year completed ‘Hell and Back’ in June.  Her highlight so far this year was Electric Picnic where she could be seen dancing up a storm to the likes of Blondie, Chic, Lilly Allen and Outkast!
