Blaney has over 30 years' experience in the aircraft, airport and infrastructure financing industries. He is Former Chief Executive and Senior Executive of GPA Group plc, leading that business from its restructuring in 1992, with GE Capital, various M&A transactions including recapitalisation with Texas specific Group (US Private Equity Firm) through it's sale to debis AirFinance.

He was Founding Partner, Shareholder and Former Director of Amber Infrastructure Group Holdings Ltd and Former Director of Shannon Airport plc.
