The housing shortage is now a critical issue for business in Dublin. How can Ireland’s capital meet present and future demand? The CSO predicts that 286,000 more people will live in the Dublin Region by 2031. The question remains where will these people go?

At this event, Chamber members will hear directly from John O’Hara of Dublin City Council about what is being done to coordinate housing supply in the four Dublin local authorities.

John O’Hara is City Planner and Head of Land Use Policy at Dublin City Council, and is part of the Dublin Housing Supply Coordination Taskforce.

Mr. O’Hara’s presentation will be followed by Q&A.
